Students Ending Slavery at UMD First Look Fair & Meeting 9/17

We had a great first meeting on Thursday, and we'll be back this coming Thursday (the 17th) to go into the basics of human trafficking, what it means and what it looks like. Our meetings are every Thursday at 6:00 pm in Jimenez 0118. 
This week is also the First Look Fair on Wednesday and Thursday. If you don't know, this is Maryland's fall campus organization fair. We will have a table on both days. Please sign up be at our table, engaging with students, telling them about our organization, and prompting them to sign up for our listserv. Sign up on the following When2meets. If you can only be there for an hour, or half hour, we still need you! Please sign up! There are two separate When2meets for each day.

Lastly, check out this study abroad opportunity to Thailand over winter break. The program is an excursion into human trafficking and students will volunteer directly with survivors of human trafficking and high risk populations.
