Daryl is a Senior Staff Attorney at SCSJ who is dedicated to ending current unjust incarceration policies and Almudena is an international attorney who has prosecuted some of the worst Latin American violators of human rights, known for paving the way for the conviction of former Guatemalan president Efrain Rios Montt. These two individuals are being recognized for their courage and commitment to justice and human dignity and any interested students are welcome in attending the award ceremony.
