Gamer Symphony Orchestra

Do you want to continue your musical experience in college?
Have you ever wanted to learn how to sing?
Do you like video games?

If this sounds like you, the Gamer Symphony Orchestra is for you!

The Gamer Symphony Orchestra is the first collegiate-level ensemble devoted exclusively to music from video games. Our 120-member orchestra and chorus is completely student-run, and is always looking for new members. Our membership is not audition based, and is first-come, first-serve, so don't be shy! We host frequent social events for our members, including monthly boardgame nights, trips to concerts, festivals and conventions.

If you want more information or to hear past recordings, please contact Joel Guttman at umd@gamersymphony.org or check out our website at umd.gamersymphony.org.

If you are interested in joining now or in the future, please contact our Orchestra Manager Michael Wellen with your instrument(s) at mpwellen@gmail.com.
