AAPI + Queer Monologues Call for Performers

This semester, the Office of Multicultural Involvement & Community Advocacy (MICA) and Pride Alliance will be co-sponsoring the Queer+AAPI Monologues event and are currently seeking performers. Monologues is a night where queer, trans, and AAPI performers can present poetry, spoken word, original or cover music! Not queer, AAPI, or both? No problem! All are welcome to perform and embrace our intersections. This year's featured performer will be Gowri K, a queer Tamil American poet, based in Washington DC. The event will be held in the Stamp Atrium on April 24th from 7-9pm. Food will also be provided! The form to participate can be found here. Performances are accepted on a rolling-basis and time slots are limited, so we encourage applicants to submit sooner rather than later.
