The Wildlife Society at UMD is having Project Wild, an environmental
education workshop, this Saturday 2/21. Ms. Kerry Wixted from the Maryland
Department of Natural Resources will teach us the components of a wildlife
conservation/environmental education program for K-12 graders. Project Wild is a nationwide program, and
attendees will receive an official certification. Anyone is welcome to join this engaging event, and this is a great experience for your resume!
