Graduate School Preview Day

JRs & SRs:
The Graduate School at the University of Maryland, College Park, invites juniors and seniors to its 18th Annual Graduate School Preview Day on Wednesday, October 30, 2013.  Preview Day will be held on campus in the in the Atrium Room and the Grand Ballroom of the Adele H. Stamp Student Union from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to interact with representatives of our outstanding graduate programs here at the University of Maryland. They will also learn about the processes for applying to graduate schools and financing their graduate education. In addition, they will hear from current University of Maryland students about success strategies for graduate studies. Here is a summary of what promises to be an informative program:

8:30 a.m.               Registration and Continental Breakfast
9:00 a.m.               Welcome and Opening Remarks

12:30 p.m.            Luncheon and Graduate Student Panel
1:30 p.m.              Networking Session
2:00 p.m.              University of Maryland Research Center, Laboratory, and Campus Tours

The deadline for priority registration is Wednesday, October 16, 2013. To ensure the best chance of meeting representatives from their program(s) of interest, students must register by this priority deadline.
