'Be Employable: Ask a BSOS Intern' - Thurs.

Event Details:
· Would you like the opportunity to talk one-on-one with a BSOS student who has had an internship that interests you, or speed network and talk to eleven?
· Are you too shy to address a question to a panelist when all eyes are on you?
· Are you an-out-of state BSOS student wondering how to find a summer internship in your home state?
· Have you had trouble setting up a search agent in Careers4Terps?  Would you appreciate assistance from a professional?
· Would you like to learn where BSOS students have interned in the past in fields far beyond their majors?
· Are you interested in hearing more about the benefits of internships and gaining valuable tips on how to find and apply for internships? 
This event is designed for first and second-year BSOS majors and those considering a BSOS major! All student presenters are BSOS majors!

· US Department of the Treasury, Office of Financial Stability (Washington, DC)
· Bully Pulpit Interactive (Washington, DC)
University Career Center & The President’s Promise staff will introduce you to the many resources available to you as a Maryland student. The BSOS Program Director for Experiential Learning will answer your questions about where other BSOS students have interned in the past and what internships align with your interests.
