Basketball Freethrow-a-thon for Charity at UMD! - April 12

Salaams everyone! 

On April 12 1PM at the University of Maryland inshaAllah 3Di Althetics and UMD United Muslim Relief are coming together for the first ever Freethrow-A-Thon! Find out how many out of 50 free throws YOU can make. Earn money with every shot you make to raise funds to open a school for children in Pakistan. A part of the funds will also be going towards athletes and families needing financial assistance who seek to participate in 3Di Athletics’ camps and clinics.  

Prizes include UMRAH PACKAGE and iPAD MINI!

How does it work?
1. Collect Sponsorship commitments from family members, friends, businesses or anyone before the big day (April 12th, 2014). Pledges can be either a flat donation or “per free-throw made.” PLEDGE FORM HERE: http://ter.ps/pledgeform 

2. Come to the University of Maryland, College Park, Reckord Armory on April 12th, 2014 for our event to shoot your 50 Free-Throws! Mark how many you make at the bottom of this sheet. Please submit your Free-Throws made to the front table. 

We will calculate the final total “money raised” by:  Flat Fee Donation + (Free Throws Made) x (Pledge for Every Free-Free Throw Made)  
3. A tentative winner will be announced for Most Money Raised at the event. HOWEVER, a winner will only be confirmed when money is collected. After the event, notify your sponsors of the final total to be collected and collect the money from them. 3Di/UMR will collect the money from YOU, NOT the sponsors.
