The Peer Leadership Council is proud to announce two leadership development opportunities through the Terrapin Leadership Institute this spring!
TLI: Good to Great is
a 5-week workshop series that will enhance your ability to effectively
work in groups and teams. Through exploring what makes
organizations and ideas successful, participants will garner skills for
better serving fellow group members both on and off campus.

TLI: Learning as a Way of Leading is
a 5-week workshop series that will explore what leaders need to
consider when striving for positive social change
in a community. Over the course of this program, participants will have
the opportunity to carefully examine their environment to gain better
context for addressing pressing social issues in our communities.
