Zaching Against Cancer 5K Run/Walk, October 23rd

Phi Delta Epsilon and Phi Chi Theta invite you to participate in the 3rd annual Zaching Against Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 23rd! All proceeds will be going directly to the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization in honor of former UMD student Zach Lederer which supports funding for cancer research and provides academic scholarships to cancer survivors.

The race begins at 9:30 AM for runners and 9:45 AM for walkers. Race participants will begin at Hornbake Plaza then run or walk through a course going through UMD's campus. 

Phi Delta Epsilon, professional medical fraternity, and Phi Chi Theta, professional business fraternity, are also holding two fundraising events leading up to the 5K, with all proceeds going directly to the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation. Come out to Panda Express on Route 1 on Wednesday (10/19) and show the cashier our flyer, and our Bake Sale on Friday (10/21) in front of McKeldin Mall for freshly baked cookies and brownies.
