AMSA GBM#2: Pre-med and looking for a good time? Be sure to come out to AMSA's GBM this TUESDAY, October 4th at 7pm in the Juan Ramon Jimenez room in Stamp. We will be featuring a talk by Dr. Isaac Kriley, a surgical oncology fellow at the National Cancer Institute. He was in med school not too long ago and will be speaking to us about choosing a specialty, applying to residency, his experience in med school, and his post-graduate training. 

If you're applying to med school this cycle this is an especially good talk to attend--it will give you some insight into what you're getting yourself into. If not, come anyways! This is a great opportunity to learn about aspects of medical school you may not be familiar with.
