At our second GBM, UMD Pre-Medical Society will be focusing on research opportunities, specifically the Nathan Schnaper Summer Intern Program at the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMDSOM). Our speaker is the program’s director, Dr. Bret Hassel, Associate Professor of Microbiology and Immunology, who has been in this position since 2001!
