South Asian mental health survey (& chance to win gift card)

- Participants must be 18-25 years old and South Asian (i.e. Indian,
Pakistani, Bangladeshi, etc.)
- The survey takes approximately 15 minutes and covers topics related
to mental/physical health, well-being, and identity
- Once it's completed, participants will have the choice to enter a
lottery to win one of five $20 Amazon gift cards
