We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of full-time management consultants in our Washington, D.C. and New York, NY offices. Successful Associates will:
- Have earned a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.
- Demonstrate enhanced skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving.
- Deliver accurate, complete, and high quality work product to clients.
- Have an aptitude for quick learning and subject matter expertise development.
- Demonstrate effective listening and verbal skills.
- Effectively manage their time and be able to work independently.
- Exhibit the flexibility and professionalism to work in a variety of client-related settings.
- Generate and share creative ideas in a team setting.
- Be willing to participate in business development efforts and knowledge management activities.
- Develop an understanding of Optimity Advisors’ service offerings, tools, and techniques.
- Begin to develop a network with clients and peers.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by actively contributing to the growth of the company.
- Have accelerated capabilities with Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of SQL and SAS are a plus.
Preferred coursework includes: Quantitative Analysis, MIS and Statistics.
