Join UMD's Writing for Change course and 9th grade students from Northwestern High School for a night of creative performances, community engagement and dialogue. Northwestern students will be presenting cultural commentary on pressing social issues through spoken word, film, skits, visual art and other creative media. This performance is the culminating
event in semester-long collaboration between UMD and Northwestern HS students exploring marginalized and unheard voices.

Admission is free and FREE FOOD will be provided by Moby Dick Express.
