Are
you interested in providing peer tutoring to your classmates at UMD?
The Academic Achievement Programs (AAP) is currently recruiting for many
summer and fall paid tutoring positions! AAP peer tutors gain exposure
to teaching and facilitation fundamentals while providing peer-led
small-group tutoring in a collaborative learning environment for
first-generation college students and students in the campus’ most
challenging courses.
This
is a paid position at $8.50-9.25/hour with a time commitment of 3-4
hours/week per course. The following courses have vacancies:

Candidates
must have a 2.75+ cumulative GPA and have received a B or higher in the
course(s) for which you are applying to tutor.
All positions are filled on a rolling basis and will require at least one in-person interview. Applications are due via email on/before Monday, May 2.
