Spend A Day on the Farm!
UMD community invited to 2nd annual event
University of Maryland Dining Services and the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources invites you to the second annual Terp Farm Harvest Festival on Friday, September 23 from 2:00-6:00pm. This free event is your chance to experience the great work taking place at the farm and the university research facility in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
There will be free food, a live performance by the Hayley Fahey Band, farm tours, pumpkin decorating, information tables and activities from the LEAF Outreach Team.
Free transportation provided by DOTS will depart from Union Lane next to The Stamp every half hour starting at 2:00pm. The last shuttle departs from Terp Farm at 6:00pm. Early arrival (between 2:00-3:00pm) is strongly encouraged to maximize your visit.
