PG Latino Student Fund’s Tutoring Program seeks Tutors

My name is Samantha Park and I am the Prince George's County Tutoring Program Coordinator for the Latino Student Fund (LSF). I am reaching out to you today because we are seeking volunteer tutors for our Saturday morning tutoring program in PGC and believe your students could make a difference in the lives of children in our community.

The Latino Student Fund’s Tutoring Program provides free support and academic assistance to Washington metropolitan area students to ensure their academic success. We aim to close the achievement gap by offering individualized tutoring to support students from PreK through 12th grade in math and reading.

The tutoring sessions for PGC are held at the Maryland Multicultural Youth Center in Riverdale on Saturday mornings from 9:30am-12:00pm.

Volunteers can sign up using this link to begin tutoring with us:

We believe tutoring with LSF is a great way for your students to give back to their community. Please pass this opportunity on to your students and let me know if you have any questions.
