Horseshoe Farm offers two different 13-month gap-year fellowship programs for recent college graduates: a Community Health track in Alabama and California, and a Farming, Health, and Nutrition track (Alabama only). Alumni consistently express how transformative their Fellowship experience has been, and Fellows go to some of the top medical schools, graduate programs, and nonprofit organizations across the U.S.
