SFB UMCP will be hosting our November seminar from 6 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, November 7th, in the Clark Forum (AJC1101). The speaker will be Dr. Ricky Solorzano, CEO of a bioprinting company in Philadelphia called Allevi. Topics for the seminar will include Dr. Solorzano’s career path from undergraduate to CEO, the manufacturing process of bioprinters and bioinks, and ways students can market themselves to land internships and jobs with tissue engineering companies. There will also be free pizza and insomnia cookies for everyone who can make it to the event. Please RSVP for the event if you plan on attending. This is an excellent career opportunity and we hope to see you all there!
