Who are the Black Faculty and Staff?" Networking Dinner - 2/13

 

 

On behalf of the Black Honors Caucus, we would like to cordially invite you to attend our annual "Who Are Black Faculty and Staff? Networking Dinner." The event will be taking place on Tuesday, February 13th from 7:00 - 9:00 PM in the Colony Ballroom of Stamp Student Union. 

 

The goal of this event is to allow students to network with the Black faculty and staff in the University of Maryland community. Many students have never had a Black professor, or never had the chance to interact with them on a personal level, especially in certain fields. It is our hope that this event will introduce Black students to UMD's Black faculty and staff community and build connections that allow students to gain role models and mentors.
