Are you frustrated by the current national political climate, but feel as though it's too difficult to affect it? Consider joining the Matt Dernoga for Maryland State Delegate campaign in District 21, which covers College Park!
Matt is a UMD Alumni and young progressive who got started in politics doing environmental activism on the UMD campus. He is running a strong campaign prioritizing getting big money out of politics, fighting climate change, a $15 an hour minimum wage, criminal justice reform, and greater investment in community schools.
The Democratic primary is 5 months away, and we could use your help reaching voters, organizing meet and greets, and coordinating volunteers. Although we are not hiring yet, we will be in the early spring and will prioritize the applications of existing volunteers.
