A discussion with Rose Busingye and Mauro Giacomazzi from Uganda about what it means to educate.

Rose and Mauro work with the non-profit AVSI to help run a school in Uganda for children who are affected by HIV/ AIDS and a teacher training program called Permanent Center for Education.  The school was started out of the desire of the mothers of these children for their children to receive an education in the same way the mothers were educated by Rose.
