Forum on "The Over Representation of Minorities in the Juvenile Justice System" - 11/6

Purpose: to acquaint the college community with the issues associated with juvenile justice issues: over representation of minorities; the social and public public issues contributing to recidivism and what college students are doing to decrease recidivism.
