Melanie Healey- Fortune's 17th Most Powerful Woman in Business

If those sentimental "Thank you, Mom" spots during the Olympics brought a tear to your eye, you can thank Healey, who worked with the 34 brands represented in the ad campaign. In a time of major change at P&G, Healey has been a steady influence. Head of the company's largest and most challenged unit—North America, with $32.8 billion in revenue—she now reports directly to CEO A.G. Lafley.

In this special opportunity, Ms. Healey will share her insights as one of the top women business leaders in the world. She recently said in a LeanIn.org interview, "I believe you can and should set your own limits and clearly articulate them. This takes courage, but it is also liberating and empowering, and often earns you new respect. As a leader building your reputation, and as one who is counted on to stand and deliver in any environment, you will find the trust you engender will serve you well throughout your career."
