Move the Movement Music Festival

Join Community Roots for our annual FREE benefit concert on Friday April 18th at 6pm in Nyumburu Cultural Center.  The concert uses music as a platform for addressing social issues in our communities here and abroad. We put on the 
concerts to raise money for different charities each year by bringing some of your favorite performers to College Park. 

This year, Move the Movement is honored to have performances by Awthentik, Al Great, Matt Reeves, Changa Music, OG Tribe, Vintage Tux and much more! These artists are diverse, ranging from Pan-African vibes to southern hip-hop to soul to jazz. 

All proceeds raised go to Shining Hope for Communities
