Facilitators are an integral part of the Maryland LEAD Program. Facilitators deliver leadership development content to participants in the Terrapin Leadership Institute and our Leadership Conferences. The facilitator role is a semester long (Sept. 2017-Dec. 2017), commitment. During this time, facilitators will engage with other members of the M-LEAD community in weekly learning communities to discuss the art of facilitation, and delve into leadership concepts as they apply to our world! facilitators can expect to join a community of supportive peers ready to aid them in their development journeys.
