"Private Investigations and Public Privacy"

The next visitor to our honors seminar on privacy, HONR239R, will be Phil Becnel, who talk on Private Investigations and Public Privacy.

Philip Becnel is the Managing Partner of Dinolt Becnel & Wells Investigative Group, and also President of the Private Investigators Association of Virginia. He is the author of two influential investigative books: Principles of Investigative Documentation and Private Investigator Entry Level (02E). The latter is the only textbook for the entry-level course required for all private investigators in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Becnel will talk about his experiences as a private investigator, and shed light on many of the tools and practices of his profession.
