Student Organizations: StampFest Registration

Preparations are underway for StampFest 2017! This event will take place on Thursday, February 2, 2017in the Stamp, starting at 10am and will feature entertainment, discounts at building vendors, activities and information from University offices and departments, and most importantly, the opportunity for your student organization to showcase yourselves and the work you do!
The Organization and Involvement Fair, featuring student organizations and University departments, is an important part of StampFest that takes place from 10am-3pm throughout the Stamp. Student organization tables will be in the Grand Ballroom and Grand Ballroom Lounge. This event serves as an excellent way to recruit new and rejuvenate old members of your organization. Similar to First Look Fair, registered groups will be provided with a table and two chairs, and are encouraged to showcase their organization in the most creative way possible.
Table placement will be done on a first-come, first-served basis with groups who register early placed in the Grand Ballroom. Once the Grand Ballroom is full, the remainder of the groups' tables will be placed in the Grand Ballroom Lounge. We do try to accommodate as many organizations as possible. REGISTER EARLY!
In addition to your participation in the Organization and Involvement Fair, we are looking for student organizations willing to perform in a Talent Showcase during the day. If your group is one that specializes if a form of entertainment or performance activity and want to participate in the Talent Showcase, email stampfest@umd.edu and let us know!

The deadline to register for StampFest is Friday, January 27, 2017 at 5pm, though if table space fills up before the deadline, we will close registration early.
