The event takes place on Sunday, November 12th at the Ritz Carlton on 22nd Street in DC
Volunteer Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 10am- 3pm
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-7pm ***
- 3rd Shift: 5pm- 12am
Tasks: Volunteer tasks include but are not limited to auction set-up, registration set-up, unloading & storing boxes, tasting station set up, coat check, bid for a cure, auction monitoring, registration, live and silent auctions, auction checkout and clean up.
***It should be noted that the 2nd shift involves the most heavy lifting/unloading. This shift involves helping chefs to unload their trucks as well as helping them set up their tasting stations.
Attire: Daytime volunteers should come dressed in jeans, an appropriate top and comfortable shoes. Evening volunteers are asked to wear black pants, a white shirt, and cardigan or blazer.
