Project Hello Stranger's infamous Honk If You're Happy Event is taking place on Friday October 9, 2015 from 12:00am-3:00pm ON the big M traffic circle. We also encourage all participants to wear your PHS shirt or yellow so we can really stand out! I hope you all are as excited as we are! This is an experience you don't want to miss.
