Part Time Student Job On Campus over Winter Break

Dr. Thorne’s lab in the Department of Entomology (Plant Sciences Building) is looking for an energetic undergrad from any major to work afternoons (approximately 12:30-4:30) from January 5^th until the beginning of spring term, then part time but with flexible hours into the first 2 weeks of February if possible.  The paid position is to help organize and coordinate a large training conference.  Work will focus on organizing registrations, answering phone queries (training provided), and other assorted office duties requiring basic Word and Excel skills along with attention to detail.  If you’ll be gone for a short vacay during January we can probably work around that.  Fun, informal atmosphere, but we’ll keep you busy.
