Clinical Assistant Position Open at Cardiology Clinic

Suburban Heart Institute is a cardiology clinic located a few blocks from the University of Maryland College Park campus. The clinic provides comprehensive outpatient cardiac services including physical exams, EKGs, echocardiograms, stress testing, and lipid management. The clinic is formally affiliated with the George Washington University Hospital, Washington, D.C.

The position available is for a part time clinical assistant. This position entails the initial reception of the patients, taking vital signs, and working with the physician in patient management. The position also involves collecting patient laboratory data, communicating to patients their results, and communicating patient care plans to other physicians. Competitive salary is offered.
