Student Groups: SGA Funding Announcement

Calling all student groups! 
Are you the president or treasurer of a student group looking for funding? Have you already completed the SGA budget training workshop? If not, this is the event for you! 

Who is eligible for SGA funding? 
Any SGA approved student group is eligible for SGA funding. This event is for those student group leaders (presidents and secretaries). 

How can I find out if my group is SGA approved? 
Contact the SGA Director of Student Groups, Patrick Ronk at sgastudentgroups@umd.edu 

What do we do at the workshop? 
The mandatory Budget Training Workshops teach student group leaders how to apply for SGA funding and gives a walk-through of the entire process. Student group leaders must attend these workshops before applying for funding. 

What are the dates? 
The next two workshops will be held Sunday, September 15 at 3:30 pm in Charles Carroll A and Monday, September 16 at 6:30 in Benjamin Banneker A. 

Wait, what if I can't make either of those dates?! 
Don't worry! There will be at least one workshop each month for the fall semester. The dates, as well as any other information, will be released on the UMD SGA Finance website.
