Wanted: your perceptions and attitudes regarding sharing genetic information within the health-care industry.

We are interested in your perceptions and attitudes regarding sharing genetic information
within the health-care industry. You can provide valuable insight by participating in a
hypothetical experiment regarding the sharing of healthcare information. The research
is being conducted by the University of Maryland’s Gemstone Program, as well as the
Robert H. Smith School of Business.

We are asking college-aged undergraduate students (ages 18-24) participate. Please
be assured that your answers are confidential. Individuals who participate will not be
identified. Additionally, no actual healthcare information will be used; all data will be
based upon hypothetical scenarios.

Students who participate will be compensated by $10 for participation as well as up to an
additional $10 based upon decisions made in the experiment. Experiments will require
one hour to complete. Participants will be selected on a first come first serve basis.

All sessions will take place in 3518 Van Munching Hall

You can contact us to sign up to participate by filling out the google form linked below:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dE5SbHpBTXdIOWFfR25BOWMtOUx2WGc6MQ. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns by
