The Empathy Speaker’s Bureau is a new Help Center workshop covering empathy and basic helping skills to be presented to your group/organization by trained volunteers.
The hour long presentation aims to increase awareness of empathy and the ways it manifests in communication, improve active listening and helping skills, and increase comfort and confidence in providing empathetic support to others.
We believe that this program is applicable to a wide range of personal and professional settings, covering topics like providing support to friends, navigating conflict, and referring people to resources.
