The SASE Chapter at the University of Maryland is excited to offer a marketing chair position for the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers Northeastern Regional Conference committee!
The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) was founded in November 2007 to help Asian heritage scientific and engineering professionals achieve their full potential.
The collegiate chapter of SASE at the University of Maryland has been chosen this upcoming year to host the regional conference in February. The marketing chair position provides a great opportunity to develop essential professional experience for students pursuing careers in marketing and business. Additional available positions will be listed below.

1. Marketing chair
a) Develop innovative promotional marketing strategies.leading up to the conference.
b) Work jointly with the webmaster to maintain website and strong social media presence.
c) Partner with graphic designer to create promotional advertisements, banners, and fliers.
3. Internal communications chair/webmaster
a) Create the Conference 2019 website and be the main point of contact
within the committee for updating relevant information onto the website.
b) Ensure that all email communication is up to date and monitored.
c) Secure support from fellow on-campus cultural and professional
organizations.
