Learn about IsraAID, an amazingly effective humanitarian aid and development organization! Find out about paid summer internship opportunities abroad - 10/23

You're invited to learn about an innovative development organization, as well as its all-expenses-paid summer internship program!

IsraAID's Co-CEO is visiting College Park on for a lecture at 6:30 PM, on Monday, 10/23The event is in STAMP, in Charles Carroll B 2203K.

IsraAID is an Israeli-based INGO that responds to disasters worldwide, and quickly transitions to long-term development projects. IsraAID currently has thirteen long-term missions around the world, including responses to the Syrian refugee crisis in Greece and Germany. IsraAID is also currently responding to the disasters in Puerto Rico, Bangladesh, Florida, Texas, and California. 

IsraAID's missions consist mostly of local staff and partner organizations, but utilize international and Israeli experts for training. IsraAID has a particular focus on building Mental Health and Psychosocial Capacity (MHPSS), and is able to have a large impact with small offices. IsraAID employees are of many religions and nationalities.

IsraAID's Humanitarian Fellows program brings U.S. college students to IsraAID missions around the world for summer internships. The program is all expenses paid, and interns are entrusted with substantive duties.
