Help Deliver Food to Homeless in Baltimore

Oasis Foods is a student project that is focused on finding better ways to help those with limited means to eat more nutritiously. For the Do Good Challenge, Oasis Foods will be preparing and delivering healthy meals to the homeless in Baltimore City.

We are planning on visiting Baltimore on two separate weekends (March 22 and April 5). The goal is to prepare and deliver food to about 150 homeless residents in Baltimore, and to conduct surveys on eating habits and interest for a mobile CSA that can better serve food deserts and low income residents.

We really need funding to purchase the ingredients. People can donate online via GoFundMe. The minimum amount is $1, and everything goes towards the food that will be served to the homeless.
