This Thursday, the Black Honors Caucus will be having our first event for Black History Month!
What if the South won the Civil War?
Thursday, Feb. 21 @6:30pm in Anne Arundel Hall Basement Lounge
We will be screening the mockumentary, "Confederate States of America," followed by a small discussion. This
film takes a satirically humorous, and sometimes frightening, look at
the history of an America where the South won the Civil War. Come to
enjoy some fresh dialogue with your peers on this different take on
history, and to fully appreciate what our ancestors have done to give us
the world we live in. It's sure to incite some interesting
conversation!
And don't worry, the movie's not too long.
*****FREE BLACK MONOLOGUES T-SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN AWAY TO 2 LUCKY PEOPLE*****
That said, make sure to come out and support Black Monologues this Friday at 6:30pm in Hoff Theater!
