Entrepreneurship in the Arts: Why not?

Jim Undercofler, former President and CEO of the Philadelphia Orchestra and current Artistic Director of the National Orchestral Institute at the University of Maryland, will discuss entrepreneurship and leadership opportunities and challenges in the arts and with non-profit organizations more broadly.  Mr. Undercofler is a consultant to create a new master of arts degree in entrepreneurship in the arts, as well as undergraduate programs in leadership and advocacy, and as adjunct faculty in the RH Smith School of Business. http://www.music.umd.edu/noi/faculty/undercofler    Sponsored by the School of Music and the Honors College Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program.
