Dr. Tilley, from the Environmental Science and Technology Department, will walk you through some of the newest tools for testing and creating ideas that sell and that people want. This will be an interactive workshop so come prepared to participate. You will learn about empathy mapping, customer discovery, design thinking and the business model canvas.
