7 Day Stress Less Challenge

How often do you answer the question “How are you doing?” with just one word – STRESSED? We hear ya.

Wellness @ Maryland is teaming up with Active Minds at Maryland and taking aim at stress by inviting students to take on our 7 Day Stress Less Challenge. Learn more below and sign-up to participate today. You could win a Kindle Fire HD and money for any student organization you may be part of.


How the challenge works:
1.       Sign up to participate and view the challenge rules at http://crs.umd.edu/cms/wellness/Home/7DayStressLessChallenge.aspx. You must sign up to participate by Friday, October 19.
2.       Do one stress relieving activity of your choosing for at least 10 minutes each day for 7 days during the week of October 22. We'll provide you with a list of "70 Ways to Stress Less at Maryland" for inspiration, but you’re welcome to do whatever it is you like to do to de-stress.
3.       Report back your progress daily for the duration of the challenge via an online form sent to your e-mail address.
4.       Complete the challenge and you'll be entered to win a Kindle Fire HD.
If you’re part of an SGA-recognized student organization or CRS-recognized sport club, indicate that where requested on the registration form. All organizations who register 10 or more students in the challenge will be entered to win a $100 award, so spread the word to your members and friends!
