Geospatial Information Science Winter Term Courses

The UMD Center for GIS has just opened-up a series of three for-credit winter skill-set courses. The courses will run in short-form style in January and will focus on advanced topics and technologies (see attached):

The courses are hands-on and will give students a chance to play around with our new high-performance computing cluster.

Details are available at http://geospatial.umd.edu/education/landingtopic/winter-workshops.

The courses are open to graduate and undergraduate students, and again they are for credit. Undergraduates that would like to register can contact Dr. Ruibo Han (ruibo@umd.edu) for the necessary permissions.
