It's that time of year. Project Hello Stranger UMD

here.

The Balloon Giveaway will be on *Friday November 7, 2014 from
10:00am-2:00pm at Hornbake Plaza. *

We also encourage all participants to wear your PHS shirt or yellow so we
can all shine! PHS also encourages all to come to the prep meeting the
Wednesday before so that the event will operate smoothly. Thank you.

PHS will be giving away our eye-catching yellow balloons! Each balloon will
have a note card attached asking you to "Write a Compliment" and proceed to
pass it along to a stranger. The balloon passer will then ask the receiver
to write another "compliment," then pass it on to another stranger and so
on and so forth.

I hope you all are as excited as we are!
