Christian Life Center Internship

The Christian Life Center of Riverdale Park is looking for a college intern or recent graduate to assist with both digital media and community relations. The intern's primary focus will be on helping the outreach ministry, Passion and Compassion, and growing it's social media presence. 

This internship is unpaid and up to 20 hours per week, but will come with perks such as free produce, and goodies from our partners throughout the week:

Key Responsibilities:

-           Update social media platforms daily with creative content. (Facebook & Instagram)

-           Assist with re-design of website and weekly content creation 

-           Write monthly press releases and blog posts for website    
-           Develop relationships with mainstream news outlets
-           Work to develop long term social media/ communication plan

-           Assist in execution of events

Required:

-           Experience or interest in social media marketing, journalism, or nonprofit communications
-           Excellent written and oral communication skills
-           Comfort with social media, blog posts, web design, etc.

-           Interest in non-profit and community outreach
