Stress Less Week Events through Friday

Student Veterans Panel                                      Tuesday, April 14th | 5-6:30 p.m. | Jimenez 0220
Student veterans will speak about their mental health experiences and the challenges they face.

Meditation                                                       Wednesday, April 15th | 3-5 p.m. | Garden Chapel
A meditation and relaxation workshop in the Garden Chapel.

Screening of “Please Like Me”                 Wednesday, April 15th | 5:30-6:30 p.m. | Armory 0117
Screening an episode of Please Like Me, a TV show discussing mental health and LGBT issues.

Fourth Annual Stress Less Carnival        Thursday, April 16th | 10 a.m.-3 p.m. | McKeldin Mall
De-stress and learn about mental health through carnival style activities and games.

Leave It on the Line                               Friday, April 17th | 10 a.m. -2 p.m. | McKeldin Mall East Write down accomplishments on construction paper and hang them on clotheslines. 

Stress Less Week is hosted by Active Minds at Maryland and partner Transfer and Off-Campus Student Life and in conjunction with Multicultural Involvement & Community Advocacy (MICA); the University Health Center; and the Sacred Spaces, Open Places Foundation.
