Research Study for Latino Males

Are you a Latino male, between 18 and 24 years old, currently enrolled in college with a 3.0 GPA or higher?

If the answer is yes, I would like to talk with you about participating in a study designed to uncover the factors that contribute to Latino male success in College.

Participants must meet the following criteria:

1.     Identify as a Latino/Hispanic male;
2.     Between the ages of 18 and 24;
3.     Currently enrolled in a college or university; and,
4.     Currently have a 3.0 GPA or higher at the time of selection.
Participants will be asked to partake in 3 individual interviews and one focus group interview, to complete a questionnaire, and to provide 3 to 4 documents that they believe represent their academic achievement (e.g., Dean’s List Letter; Photo of a graduation ceremony; Final Paper with professor comments).  Participants will receive a $25 Visa gift card as a token of appreciation for participating in the study.
