to learn how to reduce your carbon footprint in a room filled with lava
lamps, music, and free food and prizes? Join the UMD Sustainability
Committee of Maryland in the Atrium of Stamp Student Union on April 14
from 6:30-8:30 pm for cool prizes, free delicious food, and interesting
presentations from student clubs and off-campus organizations!
We will be raffling off some great prizes including a brand new bike, bobble water bottles,
and much more for FREE!! Also, our very Mark Stewart, the Director of
the UMD Office of Sustainability, will be the keynote speaker for our
feature presentation. Various student clubs and off-campus organizations
will be hosting interesting booths and entertaining games. So come have
a blast with us for FREE- minus all of the electricity of course.
