us to hear Dr. Eric Sundel present case studies of emergency patients with
conditions similar to those that may be seen in underdeveloped countries. Dr.
Sundel is a pediatric physician who works closely with UMD medical students
rotating through the ER. He has also worked as a pediatrician with MEDLIFE
during a mobile clinic in Ecuador. His talk will highlight the significance of
various exam and clinical findings in diagnosing patients and the importance of
adequate health care in treating certain diseases.
